Of Drayton passed away suddenly at the Palmerston and District Hospital on Sunday, July 3, 2022 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Mary-Anne Froebe for 21 years and of the late Margrit Froebe (1996). Dear father of Manfred (Emi) Froebe, Martin Froebe, the late Claudia (1989). Step-father of Heather (Dean) Clemmer, Sean Bernier (Taylor). Grandfather of Kei, Troy, Scott, Isabella and Emma. Brother of Juergen Froebe and Ingrid Froebe both of Germany. Predeceased by his mother Matilda Froebe. To honour Franz’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held in the Heritage Funeral Home, Drayton. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
