PALMERSTON – The Minto Farmers’ Market is back to liven up Saturday mornings with fresh veggies, delicious baked goods, artisan crafts, special prizes and events.
The market offers a wide variety of vendors and is located at the Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum every Saturday from 9am to 12pm until Sept. 24.
“We’re especially excited to bring back some of the market initiatives we’ve been missing over the past two years,” said market manager Erin Raftis.
“We encourage everyone to stop by the market table to grab coffee and lemonade, enter in our weekly draws and stamp your loyal card and Farmers’ Market Trail Passport while they’re at the market.”
The Minto Farmers’ Market committee is planning special events throughout the season, including a Strawberry Social on June 25, Family Day on July 2 and Library Day on July 16.
