Mrs. Ellen Garner passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph on Monday, June 6, 2022 at the age of 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Bill Garner (2018) for 70 years. Loving mother of Brian, Barbara (Ray), Linda, the late Bill (Deb), Donald, Richard (Robyn), Anne and Kevin (Jennifer). Proud grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph where the family received friends on Friday, June 10, 2022 from 7-9pm and Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 10-11am. A funeral service was held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, June 11 at 11am. Interment at Everton Cemetery.
