Food drive – Fergus Lions Club and Wellington OPP Auxiliary members along with Nick’s Quick Delivery were on hand at the Fergus FreshCo on April 9 collecting food donations for the Centre Wellington Food Bank’s Easter food drive. Food bank executive director Jackie Andrews said the delivery truck was filled twice and almost $1,000 in donations was collected during the six-hour food drive. The CWFB would like to thank Mands Taylor, assistant manager of Fergus FreshCo, for organizing and running the food drive.
