Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Tolton Adams at the age of 75. He passed with his family by his side at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. He was a loving husband, father, and friend to those who knew him. He was a loving, devoted husband and best friend to his wife, Joan (Riddell) Adams, for over 32 years. He will be missed greatly, but with her in spirit. David was a proud father to 4 amazing young men: Glen (Tanya), Aaron (Laura), and Andrew (Evana) all of Kitchener, and Donald of Waterloo. He was also a proud grandfather to Isha Adams, David, Alice, and Henry Adams of Kitchener. David grew up and spent most of his life in Puslinch Township. He farmed the family farm for many years and drove truck for F.E. Prior and sons of Guelph. David was welcomed by his parents, the late Stan (1980) and Maude (1979) Adams of Puslinch Township, his in-laws, the late Gordon (2009) and Doreen (2013) Riddell of Puslinch Township and West Garafraxa Township. The family would like to thank the paramedics and staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital Emergency and 2nd floor A wing unit who cared for David and helped the family during this difficult time. You are so appreciated and respected. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Cambridge Memorial Hospital in David’s name. David will be cremated and a private service will be held at a later date. David, you are loved and missed by us all. Be healthy and happy up there till we meet again.
