Ribbon cutting – The South Wellington Lions Club brought into existence another place where generations can meet to help build community. On Oct. 30 residents gathered for a ribbon cutting commemorating the LAMP (Literacy Activity Meeting Places) project in Orton, celebrating Lions Canada’s 1920-20 Centennial.
