Of Arthur passed away peacefully at the Groves Memorial Hospital Fergus on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of late Lawrence Densmore (1984). Lovingly remembered by her children Ronald (Françoise) Densmore, Joan (John) Hammond, Janice (Dave Brome 2018) Magee. Loving grandmother of Ron Magee, Nathan Magee (2007), Jeff (Kelly) Densmore, Jodie (Andrew) Boyle, Mark Hammond. Cherished great grandmother of Sabrina Magee, Claira Boyle, Quinn Boyle. Sister of Violet (Harvey 2002) Kramp, Ethel (Grant 1999) McEwen, Gord (BettyAnn) McDougall. Sister-in-law Moira McDougall and Ann McDougall. Predeceased by her brother Clarence McDougall (2002), her sister Janet Clark (2015), and her brother Kenneth McDougall (2017); by her brother-in-law Wilson Densmore, sister-in-law Velma Densmore Smith, Muriel Densmore Turner. She is also mourned by many extended family members and friends. The family received friends at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, Arthur on Monday, November 1, 2021. Rev. Ed Charlton conducted a Memorial Service of Remembrance in the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Arthur. Interment in Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur. In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Groves Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, Fergus or St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Arthur.
