Shirley has been reunited with her beloved husband Lloyd Edward Franklin on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 in her 82nd year. Predeceased by her beloved parents William and Doris Lindsay. Cherished mother of the late Philip Franklin in infancy, Bill Franklin of Drayton, the late Darlene Shaw (2019) and her husband Steve of Belwood, the late Diane Miller (2004) and Carmen of Hanover, Colleen and Ken Bosomworth of Alma, Paul and Dale Franklin of Drayton, Robert Franklin and Lori Fountain of R.R. #2 Alma, Andy and Alicia Franklin of Palmerston and Jeff and Cassy Franklin of Alberta. Much loved grandmother and great grandmother of Cassandra and Ben Milburn, Myla and Sienna, Carrie and Steve Skinner, Avery and Emersyn, Brady and Stephanie Franklin, Colton and Kason, Antoinette Franklin and Sammy Armstrong, Lauren Franklin and Xavier, John Shaw (Suzette), Stephanie Shaw (Ryan), Ted Miller, Travis Miller, Lindsay and Darryl Porterfield, Celina, Colin, Ellie and Savannah, Bridgette and Jeremy Hill, Charley, Jackson and Georgia, Wade and Kayla Franklin, Warren, Silas, Theo and Blythe, Zach Franklin, Shane and Tamara Franklin and Freya, Alex Franklin, Ben Franklin, Mikayla Franklin, Maddie Franklin, Noah Franklin, Blair Franklin, Ava Franklin and Emma Franklin. Sister-in-law of the late Ruth and Tony Jedrzejewski, Lenora Novak and the late Steve Novak, Dorothy Vaughan and the late Alfred Vaughan and Jim Franklin. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. The family received friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Drayton on Friday, October 22, 2021. A private family service was held in the Drayton United Church on Saturday, October 23, 2021. The service was video taped and is available on the funeral home website below Shirley’s notice on Monday, October 25, 2021.
