HARRISTON – The Minto Arts Council is currently hosting an exhibit from the Kitchener-Waterloo Society of Artists (KWSA).
The show is set to run from Oct. 7 to 30 at the Minto Arts Gallery.
The Kitchener-Waterloo Society of Artists is over 80 years old and has approximately 150 members.
KWSA has members who are hobbyists, as well as many part-time and full-time professional artists. It has exhibited with the Minto Arts Council before and gallery officials state they are pleased to welcome the KWSA again, “giving us the opportunity to see their new works.”
The gallery, located at 88 Mill Street on the third floor of the Harriston branch of the Wellington County Library, is open:
– Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 8pm;
– Wednesdays and Fridays from 2 to 4pm; and
– Saturdays, 11am to 1pm.
