Passed away peacefully at home with her daughter at her side on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Leroy George Young (2002). Loving mother of Brad (Dale), Michael, Rosalyn (Bill), Rod (Linda). Predeceased by son Scott, daughter in law Janet (Korky). Will be remembered by 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Survived by her brother Garnet (Ruth) Clayton and her sisters-in-law Gert, Ruth Monkhouse and Yvonne Knight. Predeceased by siblings Newton, Bruce, June, Bill and Bev. Will be lovingly missed by Cathy Alexander and many nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends. Special thanks to Denise (her angel), Closing the Gap staff, LHIN staff, Bayshore Health Care staff and Heather – her nurse practitioner. A private family service has already been held.
