Obituary

Passed away suddenly at his home in Elora, at the age of 56. Predeceased by his parents Joan and Jack (John). Shaun will be dearly missed by his daughter Savanaha (Kris), step-son Chris, partner Sarah and children Alex (Courtney), Katherine and Christopher. Shaun leaves behind sisters Lenore (Jim), Shelley (Alex) and his brothers Andrew (Doreen) and William, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. Devoted and loving grandpa to Cadence, Callie, Dreydon, Gavin, Kendall, Kamron, Bryndle, Tate and River. Also saddened by his passing is his furry companion, Trouble. Shaun was a long time employee of Hunter Amenities and will be missed by his co-workers and many friends. Visitation was held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 5:00 to 8:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations would be welcomed at the Orangeville Food Bank or Heart & Stroke Foundation. A tree will be planted in memory of Shaun in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
