Our Mom, Our Grandmother and Our Gigi of Kitchener passed away peacefully at Heritage House Nursing Home, St. Jacobs on Sunday March 28, 2021 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Wade Hill (2008). Cherished mother of Barry Hill of Waterloo, Janice and Chuck Horslin of Listowel, Donna and Ron Kieswetter of Wellesley, the late Merla Woodfield and her husband Bruce Woodfield of Kitchener. Dear grandmother of Sean Hill (Becky), Trevor Hill, Cathy Hill, Marc Bardwell (David), Ken Ertel (Christine), Cheryl Ann Ertel, John Kieswetter (Stacey-Rae), the late Melissa Flynn, Brandon Woodfield (Daphne) and Jessica Woodfield (Jeff). Fondly remembered by her great grandchildren Apryll, Jade, Kailie, Isabella, Xevier, Jacob, Noah, Austin, Madison, Chloe, Wade, Simone, Summer, Sammy, Reilly, Phoenix, and Avery. Thank you Mom, for loving us and teaching us to live and to learn with a positive and loving attitude. For sharing your wonderful memories with us and for helping us make many more. There are many things that you have taught us that we will carry with us always and forever. These are the way we look, the way we act and the way we go forth in the rest of our life. To honour Leone’s wishes cremation has taken place. Private Family Funeral Service was held at Heritage Funeral Home, Drayton, on April 1, 2021 followed by interment in Bethesda Cemetery.
