Lyle passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Arthur, on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at the age of 94, with his granddaughter holding his hand, family close by and amazing Caressant Care staff (you truly are angels). He was predeceased by his devoted wife Jean, and survived by his loving children Wendy (Martin Hogenhout) and Jane (Brian Leduc). Dear grandfather of Dana (Greg Horsman) and Stefanie (Peter Sotera); Michael (Mandy) and Melissa (Dave Oliver) and great-grandfather of Ella, Addison and Finley; Taylore, Sofia and Sidney; Rosalea, Rylind and Regan; Brodie and Braiden. Sadly missed by his cousin Paul Hurd (Marie) and his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother Orville (Bette). Lyle painted for 40+ years and enjoyed fishing, daily trips to the coffee shop and his annual Family Christmas Dinner.
