The 4-H Poultry Club began with bringing our chickens to Mimosa Church in our newly made show boxes.
While members were waiting for everyone to come, we could try the obstacle course with our chickens. When everyone had arrived, the meeting was opened with the 4-H pledge.
We then talked about harnesses and how to use them. The senior members of the club practiced the obstacle course with these harnesses; while the other members practiced their showmanship skills. We then traded activities.
After we were done, we wrapped our chickens with towels and brought them into the church basement where we played a game about chickens. The meeting was closed with the 4-H Motto.
