Healthy options – A grand opening for a new on-farm shop at 3Gen Organics Farm Shop near Wallenstein was held on Dec. 10. 3Gen Organics is owned and operated by three generations of the Israel family, with Jamie, Brett, Luke and Anna all involved. The shop offers 3Gen products, as well as products from other family farms that share the same values and vision of farming for the future. 3Gen organics believes in human, soil and environmental health. The new shop also aims to bring community together, with an indoor/outdoor event space.
