Outdoor fire ban lifted across county

WELLINGTON CTY.

Fire departments across the county have cancelled the outdoor fire ban, effective July 31.

The ban affected the townships of Centre Wellington, Guelph-Eramosa, Mapleton, Puslinch, Wellington North and the towns of Erin and Minto. If dry conditions become a concern in the future, another outdoor fire ban may be required.

- North Wellington Arthur station, 519-848-3500; and

- North Wellington Mount Forest station 519-323-1441.
