Groves volunteer pancake breakfast

Hospital volunteers - The Groves Hospital Volunteer Association (GHVA) showed its appreciation for its volunteers by hosting a pancake breakfast on April 9 to thank them for the time and effort they give to raising funds and supporting programs at Groves Memorial Community Hospital. Next week is National Volunteer Appreciation week – and the theme is “celebrate the value of volunteering.” The GHVA will celebrate 85 years this year and the approximately 300 volunteers are the reason for its success, stated officials.
