MOUNT FOREST - The Mount Forest Family Health Team, in partnership with public health is a hosting Breastfeeding Cafe every third Wednesday of the month.

The Mount Forest Breastfeeding Cafe was developed to support moms on their breastfeeding journey.

The group will start with a new date and time on Feb. 21 at 11am and will continue the third Wednesday of each month in the community room at the public health/daycare/EarlyON building.

Participants can enjoy a tea/coffee and share joys, challenges and unique breastfeeding experiences in an informal get together.
