Mount Forest chamber hosts small business week activities

MOUNT FOREST - The Mount Forest District Chamber of Commerce is providing a series of lunch and learn presentations.

These opportunities will consist of various topics to inform, educate and enhance knowledge at no cost and donations will be accepted for the Fire Fighters Association for the use of the fire hall.

October 16

Design Cel, Sherry Leibold will present on branding your business, how to keep it consistent and why its important, how to make you stand out and take your brand online.

October 17

88.7 The River’s Rob Mattice will discuss the advantages of our local media and how it can work for your business.

October 18

Healthy Happy Families, Wellington North will explain the simple steps to improving wellness within your business through exercise and awareness.

October 19

Saugeen Economic Development Corporation’s Rose Austin will explain ehow to keep the entrepreneurial spirit going after years in business.

October 20

Gabby Ieropoli and Janice Benson will discuss what is social enterprise and who will it affect and the advantages and disadvantages.


The Mount Forest District Chamber of Commerce will hold its Annual General Meeting on Oct. 17 at the Royal Canadian Legion at 6:30pm.
