New date, kids events scheduled  for fall fair

New date, kids events scheduled for fall fair

MOUNT FOREST - The Mount Forest Agricultural Society Fall Fair has changed dates and will now be one day only on Aug. 19. 

The fair will feature:

  • - 9:30am western horse show; 
  • - 10:30am light and heavy horse show; 
  • - 11am pet show; 
  • - 12pm Teddy bear picnic; 
  • - 1pm - R & R Dog Show;
  • - 2pm - baby show; and
  • - 3pm money bale. 

Events will be running from 9:30am to 3pm.

The fair will also feature displays on sheep sheering, a bale maze, Taxes longhorns, and food vendors. 

New this year there will be kids events scheduled every hour. 

Admission is $5 for adults, $1 for students and accompanied children are free.
