Warm up your winter with the Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington’s 9th annual Winter Warmer

KITCHENER - Warm up and join the Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington on March 23 for the 2017 Winter Warmer, presented by Audi Kitchener Waterloo, co-hosted by Beam Suntory.

The 9th Annual event takes place at The Tannery, at 121 Charles Street West Kitchener.

Doors open at 6:30pm and the event ends at 9:30pm.

The Winter Warmer offers a debate style format, with international ambassadors debating the different whisk(e)ys that will be tasted.

Guests will taste seven different whisk(e)ys, from varying locations in Canada, the US, Scotland and Japan.

Guests will be able to participate in the debate, enjoy appetizers, a live and silent auction, as well as chat with the Ambassadors and experts. All funds raised through the Winter Warmer stay in our community and support Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington.

“The Winter Warmer is such a fun, lively event – it really is the event to be at in our communities!” says Michelle Martin, executive director. “Last year we raised over $14,000 and this year we are hoping to top that amount.”

Individual and group tickets are on sale, and sponsorship opportunities are still available. For more information please contact the Society at 519-742-1422.
