![]() 10th annual active living and retirement showFERGUS - Get ready as the Victoria Park Seniors Centre presents the 10th annual Active Living and Retirement Show on March 24 fron 10am to 2pm. The event is at the CW Sportsplex in Fergus and admission is free - all ages welcome. There are door prizes, grab bags and free refreshments. In addition, there are free chair massages, fitness demos/seminars and fascial stretching. See more than 50 exhibitors representing: health and wellness, fitness, recreation, travel, support services, housing, finance and volunteering. The show will also include scheduled events: 10:15 a.m. Chair Yoga 10:30 a.m. Seminar: Aging Safely in the New Millennium 11 a.m. Fun and Fit 11:45 a.m. Total Muscle Conditioning 11:45 a.m. Seminar: Overview of Ontario’s Estate Administration Tax by the Ministry of Finance 11:45 a.m. Seminar: Safe Travelling Tips 12:30 p.m. All Around Fitness 1 p.m. Seminar: Dementia Friendly Communities This event is sponsored by the Ontario Seniors’ Secretariat and hosted by Victoria Park Seniors Centre in partnership with the Older Adults’ Association of Ontario.
